Having a healthy and great base to apply makeup is the first step to well being.

We’re overfeed and under nourished. What we put in our bodies is the most important.

My goal is to eat as many whole super foods as possible. Graydon of Graydon Skin Care asked me the other day on our live IG what is my go to super food and it was tough one as I enjoy so many and can see all the benefits from having a variety.

SPINACH is my #1 staple because of all it’s incredible benefits for my body & skin being such a great source of Vitamins K, A, C, B2, iron, fiber, protein and many more It’s a super hero when it comes to super foods.

I actually don’t like or find spinach appealing to eat in a salad or sauté but put it in a smoothie and you don’t have a clue it’s there. Thats how I eat it everyday in my “power smoothie”. It’s super affordable and can find it all year around.

POWER SOMMTHIE RECIPE:
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen berries
1/2 avocado
fresh ginger
2 cups of fresh spinach
2 stalks of celery
2 medjool dates
a few walnuts
collagen
spirulina
cinnamon
1 tablespoon of honey
1 cup water

It sounds like a lot but it blends down and I drink this through out that day.
