September is always a super exciting month in Toronto as we gear up for Toronto Fashion Week, TIFF and all things Fall!
This year, we were absolutely thrilled to be the Official Beauty Sponsor of Toronto Fashion Week, so we wanted to write up a little gossip (the good kind, of course) about our experience and share a few behind the scenes photos and moments to try to capture all things fashion week.
It was truly a defining moment as I was peeling away the da lish cosmetics decals on the mirrors backstage and setting up the makeup goodie bags when it really hit me. It was a special moment because yes, we were the Official B Sponsor but we were also the first Clean Beauty Sponsor. At da lish cosmetics, we pride ourselves on our clean beauty status and strive to drive the green beauty industry forward. We care about what we put onto our skin and the less chemicals and toxins - the better! We also love looking fabulous while using safe, chemical-free products, that’s why our colours are so bold & beautiful! We still want to be glam!
During our time at TFW, we met so many lovely makeup artists, photographers, designers and of course models backstage. The energy was infectious and everyone was in the zone creating magic whether it was the finishing touches on a model’s look or adding a bold lip to compliment the designs.
