Damaged, build up on scalp & not feeling your hair? Join me on my hair journey!

Hi Fab Squad!

2 years ago, I started my hair journey to get my hair looking fabulous again. It felt like hay, my scalp had so much build up, and no matter how many treatments I did nothing seemed to help. My hair felt thin in the base and I knew I needed to do something about it but didn't know what.

I chopped off 10 inches, stopped using a hair dryer, curling iron and let me hair dry naturally. I bought silk pillow cases and I found this U shaped heatless hair curler and became a pro at being able to style my hair without the use of heat.

Flash forward 2 years and the density of my hair has drastically improved and so has the overall texture and health of my hair but it's not where I thought it would be.

My approach to life is the same with every task I tackle - get to the root of the problem and that's the next phase.

I'm was so focused on my hair health that it never occurred to me that I should be taking care and treating my scalp. As we get older our hair tends to get thinner but not all people go through that. Why is that? Well let me give you the goods!

Think of your scalp as a garden that needs to be maintained. Instead of water it needs circulation. The most effect way to improve your scalp health and feed your hair is through DAILY MASSAGE! Yes, massaging your scalp in the AM & PM will make a difference in your scalp health. I do it for about 30 seconds in the morning and before I go to bed. Sometimes during the day as it just feels so good.

This sounds so simple but let me tell you what a difference I have noticed and it makes so much sense. We watch what we eat, exercise, mental health but what on a daily basis are you doing to help improve your scalp?

By massaging your scalp a few times a day you are getting the blood flowing and circulation moving so it can get to all the roots and nourish your scalp. This way you're also moving any debris, removing blockages and moving your scalp from your scull to get thing moving around.

Best of all this is FREE and within a week or so I can see & feel the difference.

Let me know if this interests you as the next phase I have been starting is hair oiling with a mixture of Rosemary, mint, tea tree and my fav carrier oils. I do this 4 hours or the night before I wash my hair and my scalp has NEVER felt so good and healthy. It removes all the build up and promotes hair growth. I'm obsessed and have a few of my fav people trying out my oils to see if they love it as much as I do and improves their scalp health. Comment below if you want to know more email me!

Stay Fab,

Melanie
